Indigenous tribal people are back in Carroll County. A bunch of tribe-members arrived on boat in the pond of Sunshine Way on Tuesday. They decided to make homes near Sunshine Way, Westminster, and when local residents tried to interact with them, they were met with thrown rocks, staffs, and flaming torches. No one knows where they came from or why they are here, but until the police arrive and harass them into leaving, the people of Westminster are going to have to learn how to deal with them. Some have hypothesized that they came from American Samoa, and others think they are Australian Aboriginals. No one really knows for sure, so the best we can hope for is that the police arrive and deal with this soon.
