Carroll County Times is JV version of Westminster Inquirer, polls show

A new poll published by Gallup on Friday morning shows that the citizens of Westminster overwhelmingly prefer the Westminster Inquirer over the Carroll County Times. This poll comes after weeks of the Westminster Inquirer pumping out great articles and the Carroll County Times declining into obscurity and low-quality press.
